Extraction (Tooth Extraction)

Tooth extraction simply means pulling out the tooth damaged by caries. The whole procedure is conducted under anesthesia. It is a simple procedure but sometimes gets more complicated when it involves the distal teeth. Main indications for extraction are: chronic periapical inflammation, root fractures and advanced periodontal disease.
